To make it more realistic you need the house to spin free about halfway over. The swing brake usually fails under the weight of the counterweights and swings the house around.

is it going to be mission based? Have you considered reaching out to Out Of Ores creators, I feel like the model and physics would be great for that game, and it already is an equipment operating game so right audience.
