Just marinate the chicken with oyster sauce, light soy sauce and dark soy sauce, then mix everything together. Top with soaked mushrooms, red dates and goji berries, then pour in a little of the mushroom soaking water for extra savoury goodness. Steam on high heat for 25–30 minutes, and dinner is ready. ✨ I love how little prep this needs — less time cleaning and preparing chicken, less kitchen mess, and more time enjoying a comforting homemade meal.
