This is so heartbreaking, he's just a child, I hope he and his family gets justice, because here in Guyana apparently people's life doesn't matter. Guyana is developing rapidly over the past few years, but it doesn't make any sense if the laws are broken and serious consequences cannot be placed for these criminal activities, a fine to be paid isn't enough for an innocent child's life.
