I wish i had the time for the step in the middle but im a working mom with a husband who works longer and grown kids that aren't available for the middle step. this does look like a meal that looks right up my alley.. Will definitely be trying when I have a day off... my mouth is watering...

This was so good! I did not have the onion soup so I just sautéed some onions and used some bone broth. Delicious!
