If the bird can fly into her home to “steal food”, the problem is not the poor bird but her way of managing. To the bird, it doesn’t have the concept of stealing and understands stealing is wrong, it only understands that it needs food to survive.

my neighbour had a reaaallly loud love bird that flew away into someone's house and they tied its beak w rubber band or something SO tight that it BRUISED its beak i forgot how my neighbour got it back
