@aubreyproducer: We can, and we do! Me and my awkward finger are back for another before/after mix comparison! What I often try to do is mix something that retains the sound and vibe of the artist demo. Like a more enhanced version. I find this goes down better than taking the mix off in a completely different direction - unless that's what they request. My schedule is quite full with label projects for the rest of the year but I can usually fit in one or two non-label mixing projects a month.
