You guys realize the doctor just like sits in around in a desk he isn’t like going out and seeing patients and getting his hands dirty. Same with the RNs they’re not putting in IVs every day. They’re out of practice, which is why you’re having these issues or they never put in IV except in nursing school.

They know to not drink or eat for days to prevent a vein from showing. They all do it. I guarantee the doctor got frustrated and forced em to just keep moving forward with it even though they didn’t find a vein
