Heck, no! Not during school. Wait until you get hired and you’re working for a short staffed hospital. And you have 320 hours of PTO that you can’t use because you have no one to cover your shift if you leave. 😅😅😅

It gets easier on ur 2nd year. It becomes repetitive. It takes a while to get those xray eyes they talk about lol And if ur thinking about pursuing cat scan… those boards questions r wild! I’d say the xray boards is easier than the cat scan lol my best advice is… teaching yourself to understand why u do the views and to know what is in profile. Once u understand that…the rest is cake! Ur gonna do great! Don’t give up!

Hi! As a recent grad, you are a 100% right. It is hard and draining, most don’t know what they’re signing up for. But it is also so rewarding, I promise you once you are done it is all worth it!! You gain so much knowledge during school especially accelerated programs like mine. It’s overwhelming but if you want it enough it will happen:) believe in yourself and what you know, it is all scary but you got this!!!!

I just went to start my prereqs at 27. Honestly I’m not scared, I’ve always been smart although I am actually having to study for the first time in my life. Idk it’s like I know it’s the path I’m supposed to take I just gotta take the steps to get there
