Looks like screen print, usually they use inks designed for fabric so they hold up better with washing and drying. However, if you have clothes with this style printing, washing in warm water on a gentler cycle, turning the clothes inside out and then hang drying or drying on very low heat will keep any fading, peeling or cracking from occurring in the design. Screen printing is typically more durable than a decal of sorts, some are cheaper than others, but the way the ink is actually saturated into the fibers tells me it’s a screen printing and should withstand most typical wear and tear

If it’s made into the fabric, it’s called DTG (Direct To Garment) printing.
