Unfortunately you were not lucky. Crete got the amount of 4 months rain in one day. This is not normal for us here

Just because it’s beautiful there in the Summer doesn’t mean Autumn doesn’t Autumn. Most places in Greece actually experience all four seasons, and some places actually get snow in winter. If people want similar-ish weather year round, you’ll probably love Southern California / San Diego, Florida, Hawaii, and the Caribbean.

the weather feels like its December... it is definitely not normal for Greece in October to have this kind of weather. Not to say that the heat waves we've had all summer were normal either, but climate change is getting to another level
