I'm a psychologist, female. I worked in men's prisons in a leadership role for almost ten years. The only thing they seem to understand and respect (this includes partners and friends) is talking to them like you're their drill sergeant. It isn't my nature but it's all they respond to. If you're nice, you're weak and not serious. Don't tolerate their bullshit. I've said this a thousand times to female clients and friends and this creator is 100% correct.
