She admitted she voluntarily took alcohol and drugs, that she remembers most of it and even texted one of the guys 2 days later to do it again just with less guys. She voluntarily participated and as soon as she said she was tired and they should stop they stopped. She even said she was excited about the idea of the threesome. If anything I think she raped one of the guys who actually fully passed out (according to her own report). Not to mention they were ALL drunk and on drugs, not just her, and as I mentioned several of the men were more drugged and drunk than she was. The idea that a drugged and drunk woman can't consent but that drugged and drunk men can just perpetuates the idea that women have no agency and cannot make their own choices. Either everyone who is drugged and drunk cannot consent or they all can.
