Even some nannies abuse children left in their care. My neighbor’s wife died, and the dad was a bank worker. He got a nanny for his 7-year-old son, but that woman really damaged the child. She was sexually abusing the little boy repeatedly, and the child started developing inappropriate sexual behavior. One day, the boy went to visit a relative for the holidays. While the woman was sleeping, he sneaked out of the room where he was staying and went into the room where the woman’s daughters were sleeping, attempting to touch them inappropriately. He was caught, and that was when he confessed that the nanny had taught him those behaviors and had been abusing him regularly. The dad took him to different therapists and churches to seek help. The poor boy couldn’t seem to control the sexual behavior anymore. Even when he saw adults, he would feel the urge to touch them. 🥹
