Someone made a video, where they made tomato paste from blended tomatoes where they let them sit in fridge overnight and the pulp separated from the liquid. Saves energy when you need to boil less water out.

I freeze dry what I strain out from paste and sauce. Then powder it, we love guacamole so I mainly use the powder for that.
