@allabout_oc: Aliso Viejo might be one of the most overlooked cities in Orange County. It's one of the safer cities in the county, yet its median home price is around the $900,000s compared with roughly $1.25 million across Orange County. That means you can potentially get into a single-family home around Aliso Viejo's median price. And if you're looking for a townhome or condo, there are even more options. Right now, I'm seeing properties in the $500,000s, with plenty of options below the $700,000 to $800,000 range. It's South Orange County. It's relatively affordable. There's plenty to do nearby. Yet for whatever reason, I think a lot of buyers completely overlook it. Would you consider Aliso Viejo? Christian Stubbs | DRE# 02082942 | Realtor® All About Orange County

It’s way too hot. Too far from everything. You can drive for 30 minutes just to leave it. HOAs everywhere.

The tow companies love Aliso Viejo. Lots of neighborhood parking rules added to limited visitor parking. Even the single family homes give condo vibes because you can literally jump from the sidewalk to the front door.
