To whom it may concern, this happened last may to Tony Carruthers WTF is going on at this prison. Also it's done in three stages, maybe a little different there but the first stage puts you to sleep then the next one is a muscle relaxer stop breathing and the third stops your heart. If she was administered the two lethal doses how was she awake when she's supposed to be out not awake and how did this happen twice with two different inmates. who's intentionally sabotaging them on purpose

Yes, this lady was evil and deserved to be punished. But obviously this state should never be allowed to use the death penalty anymore.And somebody needs to pay the price for this, because 1 day A person accidentally who is innocent , will be put to death and could suffer the same painful consequences
