@pinknews: ‘Heated Rivalry’ stars Hudson Williams and Connor Storrie joined show creator Jacob Tierney in an in-depth discussion of what goes into the intimate scenes in the show. The stars, Tierney, author Rachel Reid, executive producers Brendan Brady and Jayme Alter Wilson, and Ksenia Daniela Kharlamova (Svetlana) and Christina Chang (Yuna Hollander) made a surprise appearance at the Global Summit for Women’s Mental Health in New York City on Wednesday (30 September) to support the newly launched Irina Foundation, named for the org created by Shane and Ilya in Reid’s series. Creator Begum (IG/TT: @begumore) was in attendance at the event and captured stunning footage of the conversation. While Williams and Storrie shared what it’s like performing an intimate scene on set and what their particular struggles are, Tierney gave more of a behind-the-scenes look into those scenes. Tierney praised intimacy coordinator Chala Hunter for keeping things safe, practical and comfortable in regard to intimate moments, and stressed the importance of adding meaning to moments to further the story instead of using moments like that frivolously. #HeatedRivalry #ShaneHollander #ConnorStorrie #LGBTQIA #JacobTierney #TV
