movie license. much easier to obtain and dbd wouldnt be able to create a full scale slenderman with abilities off a movie license. only "abilities" shown throughout the movie. if memory serves me right, the *original* original creators of slenderman dont have any public contact information anymore, so it makes it that much more difficult.

That's because Epic Games only payed for the licensing for the using the likeness of Slenderman and Robert England's Freddy Krueger That's all they need while BHVR needs the likeness and use if abilities and whatnot and for some dumb reason a lot of horror characters have messy ahh licensing battles its the whole reason we got the shitty 2010 pedo freddy for DBD and not the 1984 one
