@essy_careercoach: I spent years wishing I could find myself in rooms like this. Now, I’m building the room I once needed. ❤️ For a long time, I dreamed of being in rooms where people were building, learning, connecting, asking bigger questions, and creating opportunities for themselves. I wanted to be in those rooms. And now, I get to help create one. Together with my partner Eve Wanjiru we are so excited to finally bring the Remote Connect Xperience (RCX) to life and honestly, this is a dream come true. RCX was born from something we’ve both seen over and over again: the gap between what people are capable of and what they believe is possible for them. There are so many people sitting in 9–5s with incredibly transferable skills. People who could thrive in remote careers. People who could freelance. People who could build online businesses. People who could turn the skills they already have into something much bigger. And sometimes, they simply need the right room, the right information, the right connections and the courage to take that first step. That is the meaning behind RCX. We didn’t want to create just another event where you show up, listen to speakers and go home. We wanted to create an experience one where you can learn, connect, participate, meet people who are on a similar journey, discover new possibilities and leave thinking: “Okay… I can actually do this.” And we have poured SO much heart into this. 🥹 On 3rd October 2026 in Nairobi, we’ll be bringing you: ✨ 2 live masterclasses with experts sharing practical insights 🎤 Pitch & Win where selected participants get to pitch themselves, their services or businesses 🎯 Games & interactive activities 📸 Professional headshots 🤝 Intentional networking 🍽️ Refreshments, fun & good vibes 💡 And a few surprises we’re not revealing just yet 👀 Whether you're thinking about transitioning from a 9–5, already working remotely, freelancing, running an online business, or simply curious about what your skills could become there is a place for you in this room. My partner and I are incredibly excited to host this. From dreaming about being in rooms like this to actually creating one… God has truly been good. ❤️ I cannot wait to see this dream come to life and even more so, to see you in the room.
