@hiphopofthe90s: Snoop gave Eminem his flowers in the funniest way possible 😭🔥 Released on January 17, 2020, “Godzilla” features Juice WRLD on the hook, with Eminem saving the fastest passage for his third verse. That section earned Eminem a Guinness World Record for the fastest rap in a hit single. He delivers 225 words in 30 seconds, averaging 7.5 words per second. For comparison, the famous fast section on “Rap God” contains 97 words in 15 seconds. “Rap God” earned a separate Guinness title for the most words in a hit single, so those achievements measure two different things. Speaking with DJ Whoo Kid in December 2024, Snoop explained that recording with Eminem pushes him to bring his best. He joked about Em returning to add four more bars after they thought a song was finished, before saying he was glad they were on the same team. Their shared history also includes performing alongside Dr. Dre at the 2022 Super Bowl halftime show. That June, Eminem and Snoop released “From the D 2 the LBC,” giving listeners another collaboration between their two very different styles. “Godzilla” or “Rap God”: which fast verse do y’all prefer? 🤔⁉️ #rap #hiphop #snoopdogg #eminem #hiphopmusic
