@cleanlivingwithelaine: So today I made these ghost themed chocolate chunk cookies. You will need for the cookies 125g softened butter 100g light brown sugar 75g caster sugar 1 egg 1 tsp vanilla extract 200g plain flour 1/2 tsp baking powder 200g chocolate chopped Small pinch of salt Heat the oven to 160 and line 2 trays Best the butter and sugar until creamy Stir in the flour, baking powder and salt until combined then fold in the flour. Scoop into 8 balls and place into your trays and flatten slightly. Bake for 10-12 mins. Leave to cool. For the topping Melt 150g white chocolate once melted place a teaspoon in the middle of the cookies then take a marshmallow and dip in the melted white chocolate. Pop In the fridge and leave to cool. Once cooled with a black icing pen draw on eyes and make the mouth. There you have your ghost cookies. #cookierecipe #hallowen #cookiedecorating #ghostcookie #bakingtok
