FERBER METHOD!!!!!!! my HOLY grail!!! when my son was 4 months old it took 2 days to get him to sleep through the night and nap in his crib and he before he’d only co sleep and contact nap. now he goes to bed at 7:30 every night and sleeps 12 hours no wake ups!!!

okay my littlest is 3 months old and every day time nap is a contact nap usually in the carrier because she’s my 3rd but she started sleeping through the night at 7/8 weeks old all on her own so i’ll take it 👏🏻
