Hi Friend, how do you prepare it for tea? Do you freeze dry or naturally dry it?

How do you store it for long term? How long will it last after it’s been cut?

Thank you! I've been thinking about growing lemongrass because of the zones it grows in. I'm in 9b with a small, west-facing yard with no shade. I had no idea you could use the leaves too. 💙

Given that I have lived in Asia for some time... I know that the blades of grass are actually used more often. 😂
