I think the tiktok acting kind of fits the tone of character in the audio more. it's just more cringey with the over exaggerated, corny face expressions. just lessen those and it would be quite compatible with the character in the audio! (I'm not saying it as advice for you it's more on commentary on tiktok acting)

But I think... It depends on a character you want to show. Every example is valid actually: the TikTok version is an energetic and expressive person, the "real acting" is closed and non-emotional person, and your version is shy and unsure person. But according to the audio, the TikTok represents the character the best because you can hear the energy in her voice!

In this case, I prefer the TikTok version because the audio already sounds a bit exaggerated, so it makes sense that it's more expressive. Yours sounds very natural, which would work well with less dramatized audio.
