Yeah some of the bounce backs also came from new administrations taking out the old policies. As well as actually do long term policy planning which when we don’t do that we dip as well. Whats interesting in IR studies is with tariffs fluctuations like this you normally see conflict after especially since last time it was this many it was a world war after. But rebounding and learning from failures is just a factor of human adaptation and learning.
