I would’ve gone to her crying that I must have a stalker, bc she found an AirTag on her car. Record this conversation. I would’ve told her that for the safety of her children, you are going to have to find another job. See how she reacts. If she admits it, you have proof for the cops. You’ll know next time.

This is a symptom of one of the major issues in child care/teaching. There is a weird belief that if you work with children, you are not a fully functioning adult and do not have a right to behave as an adult. I have been told that I could be fired from my job for having a photo on my social media of me holding a red solo cup…not coming to work drunk, not getting a DUI, not endangering a child in any way, shape, form, or fashion. I could be fire for the PERCEPTION that I MIGHT be drinking something that I legally have the right to drink in my free time.

what a person does outside their job is absolutely none of that woman's business... not only is it illegal but does she not have any morals?
OP should drive her car with air tag straight to the police station... lol

That's so easy. Say it to her in a manner where you're not accusing her you found it and already reported it to the ACAB

I would quit, call the police, and let others know. That is crossing a huge line! Ops off hours are not their bosses hours.
