@remoteworkwithceri: I write CVs for my clients, and these are the 4 things I change every single time 👇 1️⃣ Length Most CVs are way too long. No one needs a 5 page CV, friends! Keep it to 2 pages max. 2️⃣ Language You've got tons of experience, but maybe not in remote work, and your CV doesn't show how your skills translate. I rewrite it so it speaks the language remote employers are looking for. 3️⃣ Format Don't go jazzy! My CVs look very plain, and I've had 4 clients land interviews with them. Clear and simple wins every time. 4️⃣ Relevance Generic CVs don't work. Every CV needs to be tailored to the role you're applying for, all over, not just the opening line. Want to learn how to do this yourself? I teach all of this inside The Remote Work Roadmap 💻 For just £47 you get access to my private group, plus calls with me every fortnight to help you land your remote role.
