I personally turn into Stalin himself. Idc about delegating , I take the whole project , and just tell everyone what to turn in , we had to enter this competition for school and I didn’t let anyone do anything , but I had to have a team to participate. So I picked people who wouldn’t fight me over taking control. I won us first place and $1500 that we split into 3 and everyone left happy.

I got a B in my class after getting As on every assignment and exams besides the group ones because 2 of my groupmates got Cs on every portion and he graded it as a whole not in what each person did I asked him to round my 89.5 to a 90 and he refused when the only reason I had a B was because of his horrible grading

This one girl in my group ghosted us all semester andkssed presentation day then after we turn it in proceeds to blow up my phone through number, she found my snap, and insta begging me to put her name on it, and I did what she did all semester and ghosted her 😂 never put her name on it

No because genuinely, I laid everything out. Told everyone exactly what they have to do, made it super simple. Offered to do the hardest part. No ones responded to me since we got assigned. No ones started it other than me. Its due in 5 days 🥀

It’s funny cause when I was in college, I always somehow just convinced the smart people to do most of the work and I just presented and acted like I did some of the work and we all passed 💀

Ok but my chem lab freshman year was so hard and two girls I was paired with were neuroscience majors. I was doing my part of the project and as I was completing it since I didn’t talk to them enough they called me dumb and kept looking at eachother.. my part of the project they told me to find what we were basing our project off of and what we are testing and I did. And they were just so rude the entire time
