Piercer here. Go to a professional. Most people unscrew dermal faces wrong without holding the anchor with fingers so that it doesn't move, or otherwise you're risking it being more prone to rejection

unless u know how to do it professionally, go to a shop. But just know once u change a dermal, the piercing will stick out more and wont sit flat on your skin
