first of all I would ask the officer to please put his hands back in his pockets for my safety you know so he doesn't grab for a weapon a little bit of roll reversal I guess then .... once you've established you feel relatively safe then I would engage in a conversation really I would if I we're not in the middle of criminal activity but I would also decline to sit down at a curb on the road on the hood of a car and so forth that is not how it works we must continue to educate the tyrants!
