Either an old Filipino lady or a former IV drug user. I have a friend who is an addict in recovery and I force her to go to blood draws with me because that woman can find a vein blindfolded and exactly what angle to insert the needle.

Im a horrific stick. I have to have blood draws from my hand with a butterfly needle. It sucks.

Side-note I love your glasses! I think she dehydrated herself purposefully and the doctor was a bad stick cause nurses always do them! Absolutely love all your content too!

sounds about right. my town is lacking in short Filipino phlebotomists specifically, but it's always the young ones who have trouble finding my veins.

My daughter had right the opposite... a HUGE, gay, South American man. She was 3 and very dehydrated. He didn't miss. The other ones did. ❤️Loved him.

My veins are really small and roll, so it was suggested that I get a port in my chest. But guess fucking what?! The surgeon who did it, put it in crooked! It would take the nurses at least 3 times to access it. The thing was more trouble than it was worth, so I had it taken out, after a year and a half
