Last Friday, I went to the ER for heat stroke after a day at Disneyland. I can usually do it, but for some reason it got me. Needed an IV for fluids. Thanks for the tips!

It was so hot today. The cooling towels and portable fans definitely saved us.

I went to Disney last weekend and it was sooooo hot. Had the hardest time finding an air conditioned space with a seat available. Ended up feeling super nauseous and overheated. Went to First Aid and they gave me an ice pack and water and was able to lay down in air conditioning for awhile. It was so nice!
