My boss yelled at me today. Called me a "c*nt" in front of several coworkers. Only because I had to leave work without talking to him. He did the "the clock doesn't dismiss you, I do" — he made me wait 20 mins while he berated other coworkers — when I said I really had to go my ride was there, he called me a "c*nt" and subsequently yelled at me to tell the driver of the car that he, too, was also a "c*nt"

I was held hostage in a role for three months after my promotion so I went to HR and told them I'm going to find a job somewhere else, I was allowed to go to my promoted role the next day. The difference in pay was 38k in the old role an 62k in the new one. I lost out on so much money.

This happened and i was stuck in a different department getting less hours. Plus less pay, after 6 months i finally got fed up and went to HR, they wouldn’t help me out with the loss of OT but they back paid me the hourly wage difference from time i accepted position til the current time and went ahead and moved me the beginning of the next week.

whenever someone comes at me sideways like this I say "hahaha good one! could you imagine?? [Tears of joy]" and it almost always either diffuses the situation or makes the person rethink and on the rules it doesn't it makes them look like an asshole [Tears of joy]

my old boss tried this. I let him know my last day working in that role was my last day working in that role. either I can start in the new role, and be available for questions and overflow, or I can find a new job and not be available. I CCed HR and my new boss. I started on the planned date.
