FB is toxic. Especially now with these random follow posts that land in your feed of someone you dont know blabbing about whatever or jamming their unit this or that, yet you scroll to find the groups you are in posts or friends and family, and thes are squeezed in, almost missing them. it is truly set up to dummy you down
