keep the hospital pwri little. I keep peroxide in mine for taking blood off clothes 😂😂 and yes, its happened more than I'd like to admit with 2 rough boys

I didn’t tear and didn’t use dermoplast or tucks with either child and it did not prolong healing. I ditched the peri bottle but 2 weeks pp.

When I gave birth last year my hospital in Tennessee said they had a shortage of getting dermoplast and told my mom to check her local Walmart and pharmacies and bring me some the next morning

I loved the AER pads made me feel refreshed and clean and just cool even tho I didn’t tear I Did feel just a bit sore so that definitely helped!

Didn’t tear with my second either and didn’t use the dermoplast and use the tucks pads for my hemroids

I ended up just using dermaplast and period underwear. Aswell as aloe toilet paper wipes. I didn’t tear and im 3 weeks pp currently and just using period underwear and the aloe wipes now. I ditched the peri bottle as soon as I got home from the hospital I hated it 😭

out of everything from the hospital i still have the gray tubs. i wish i had more they fit in my dresser nicely.

Ice within the first 72 hours is actually very healing , and can help the healing process .

Tore with my first, didn't with my second and third and I didn't need dermaplast or tucks ever and only used a per bottle for like 2 days and that was mostly to clean blood off better. Wild how different it feels when you don't tear!

Ask for the dermoplast if you want it! We have to pull it from the Pyxis but it’s easy to do! Maybe she just forgot 😊 but a lot of people who don’t tear dont end up using it!
