@cbsmiami: Rick Ross bonded out of jail late Thursday morning after he was arrested in connection with an alleged domestic violence incident at his Star Island mansion, where a woman accused him of repeatedly striking her and restricting her breathing during an August altercation. Ross, whose legal name is William Leonard Roberts II, voluntarily surrendered to police and faces one felony count of battery by strangulation and one misdemeanor count of battery. Ross denied the allegations, calling them "fabricated" and saying he is "totally innocent." His attorney, Bradley Horenstein, also denied the allegations and urged the public to allow the legal process to play out. His arraignment is scheduled for Oct. 22.
