My questions: Does each state also have their own rules set forth for the judge to follow? Also, does Massachusetts allow a change of venue? For instance, if it does get re-tried, would it be with the same Judge/county, or would it be moved to try to get an unbiased jury and different judge? Not at all blaming the judge, genuinely curious how it will work if it goes to another trial.

I think they first have to find her guilty of the murders phone records have to be reinvested on Patrick all cctv needs to be looked at again before they even look at the possibility she did it due to her voices
