She never made the calls she was incapacitated by then, he used his own phone or hers by sharing the same I cloud you could make it look like a phone call was sent to the person, I share a I cloud with my husband and his calls and messages come to me. You change it in the settings, Patrick was very well aware of this.

Can you please talk about all the weird inconsistencies with Patrick’s statement? Like how he was dressed differently in the restaurant vs cvs, how he said there was blood all over the room but the police and the pictures show no blood. The fact that Patrick said he got home and saw her car, but then he called her to see if she was home but then he couldn’t call 911 bc his phone wasn’t working. And how he said the kids were eating dinner when he left but the autopsy showed no food in the stomachs. And how Pat said they didn’t have the name brand meds but in the pictures and the receipt it shows he bought the name brand meds. I do want to believe Lindsey did it but there are also a million inconsistencies with the evidence/ Patrick

1. PC sealed his phone records 2. LC also said she cut the screen door with a knife. LC also said the voice started after the phone call with PC 3. The authorities told her what happened 4. There are so many inconsistencies with both LC and PC testimonies that how can you go off of it as truth? 5. PC DNA is on the bands. No fingerprint on the knife? interesting.... 6. He ran out of time. His alibi was to go to these places and come back home This is why forensic evidence matters. Hard evidence does not lie.

queen she didnt have any memory of it and was told she did when she first woke up, memories are not as strong as we think they are SO easily manipulated. and what about the blood under the leg of the nightstand, the fact that "patrick" is in two different outfits when he picks up the meds vs when he picks up the food, or the fact that her body was 82 DEGREES

False recollection- the expert Dr on the stand said she was told what happened when she came to in the hospital and had memory loss- zero memory of what happened- and the expert said them telling her what happened the brain can create false memories and fill in the blanks - which explains the inaccurate information when she said what happened ie she used the knife to cut the window screen
