This is a good message to check up on people you are close to like family or friends even work mates no matter what your going tho there are people out there that care metal health sucks I know because I suffer from it but that’s when friends and family come in and support you. 💚

ADHD BURNOUT feels like this. like a car suddenly dies and locks up. your mind locks up and you feel like every single memory and thought you ever had is scrambling and fighting. and yes this makes you have *thoughts* .... .... it's sucks.

What hurts even more than me feeling this way is watching my young boys go thru moments that make them feel this way. It breaks my heart. We just lost our kitty in Sept, she died in my arms while on the couch...both my boys saw her die. It absolutely destroyed them both, I've been trying to rebuild them all while I'm shattered my self. 😩
