He was ready to retire and they begged him to say and then tell him it’s OK we’re not starting you but you’re gonna play the last 30 minutes of the game Adam get up and warm up for 30 minutes and then left him on the bench. Do you not understand what he has done for Portugal that is the biggest disrespect bullshit I’ve ever seen it’s OK if he doesn’t start it’s OK if he doesn’t play the full game, you’re right he’s 41 years old but he’s in better shape than most 25-year-olds and they sandbag games. They sandbag them in the World Cup and they sandbag them again at Wales then all of a sudden now they play together and gel and place the level that they are supposed to be playing just to get rid of them and blame him.
