I’m an actor. I got a last minute (hired the night before) job in the next city as a guest on WWE. I said yes (duh) and called in sick to work the next day. I figured I was safe, no one I worked with watched WWE, and by the time anyone might see something on socials or whatever, they’d never remember when I called in sick. I didn’t account for the customers. Someone saw me shelving books and shouted “oh my god! You were one RAW last night!!!” No! No I wasn’t! Shut up! Shush! You didn’t see me! And I had to drag this poor excited idiot to a different section and beg him to keep quiet. I stayed in the back as much as possible for days 😂

So…in my early IT years…I worked for a restaurant with many terminals, and 2 main servers. The GM kept plugging in her USB to my server to print something off, but swore she knew more than me, and was using the wrong server. I warned her that the USB can completely mess up the server, she refused to listen. I was instore one day for something else, and saw her in my tech room…so I rebooted the server from my phone, and the whole store stopped working for a minute while it switched to backup. She never did that again 🤣😅
