This is wrong you should wear gloves as prolonged exposure to chemicals is not safe. And the towel should wet the table if it dries to fast it won’t have enough time to sanitize

So many things wrong. The wet is the sanitation… if you read any restaurant sanitizer, it’ll say it has to be stay on the surface for X amount of time to work. Also if they want to wear gloves while using a chemical they absolutely should be able to….

Change the glove policy, some people have skin allergies and the multi-quat sanitizer used at basically all establishments caused severe contact/dishydrotic dermatitis to my hands. have your employees throw the gloves out in the lobby as they are finished cleaning.
