I find the theory that Phoebe is actually still homeless and lives on the streets, watches the 5 friends from outside the window of central perk, and imagines she’s a part of the group and the entire show is her imagination interesting! She’s the only one in the group that doesn’t have any real history or connection to the others.

The Ben one is a bit silly, we don’t see him in the show but he’s still mentioned often, and it obviously would’ve been a sore subject for Ross. He also wouldn’t allowed to be near Emma.

I've never heard the theory abt it being Rachel's Anxiety Dream but I have heard a theory that it's Phoebes dream as she's still homeless and sleeps outside of the Central Perk coffee shop and makes rhe Story up in her head as she's gone so crazy from living on the streets and needs a family so bad she creates an imaginary one with a group of friends who go to the coffee shop everyday
