@kierra_gray_: “IN THE BEGINNING, GOD…” 🥹🌎 Genesis 1:1 is one of my favorite verses because God showed me something so beautiful through it. Before anything else, we’re introduced to God the Creator. He is the One who created the beginning, time, space, everything we know. And then He tells us that WE were made in His image and likeness. So not only is He a Creator, but He created us to reflect Him as creatives. 🎨🎶📖 That’s why there’s something so special about creating, building, designing, making things, and seeing beauty come to life. It’s part of the image we carry. Genesis is introducing us to who God is, and one of the first things He wants us to know is: He creates. And if we’re made in His image, it makes sense that we love to create too.
