I’ve had dreams like that where I kept waking up checking my phone and for some reason, trying to turn off music on my phone but each time I would wake up again and again it did happen 5-6 times and I couldn’t get my heart to settle bc i felt so scared after waking up.

I've had the dream wake up cycle before. Thought I woke up 3 or 4 times and kept trying to tell my wife my dream, but each time, someone or something would scare me by charging me out of a dark room or closet. Terrifying

when i was younger i fell over and scraped my knee and was sat in my parents room with my mum helping me put a plaster on but then my perspective switched to my mums and i could see myself sat on my parents bed with my scraped knee and im 99% sure it wasn't a dream

The story where the mom and daughter heard a man talking to the little brother but no one was around also happened to me. It was like 6 pm and almost time for dinner. My siblings and my mother were in the kitchen and i was alone in my room and my father was at his room also alone cz he just go off from work. I heard literally my dads voice saying to me to told my mother to prepare dinner. So i said okay and then get up from bed to tell my mother. She hasn’t finished cooking by that time so she told me she will call later. And then after a while i heard my mom calling me to woke my father up and have dinner. So i went to his room and to woke him up but he wasn’t there, he was still at work. And i went to the kitchen to told my mother that dad wasnt home yet and she was like sayinh “didn’t you asked me that your father asked to prepare his dinner?” And i told her i literally heard him talking to me. But he wasn’t home yet that what made me confused whose voice i heard in my room.

at 15 i woke up and saw a person standing by my closed bedroom door. I was so afraid i could not move i just watched and waited for it to move. after idk how long, maybe 3 minutes i finally got the nerve to reach and touch my touch lamp. i touched it, it turned on and nothing was there. i turned it back off thinking i must have been seeing a silhouette but when i turned it off it was gone. i know i saw the silhouette of a person. i even considered that i might see it when my eyes went back to being deprived of the light. i looked there over and over and never saw it again. still trips me out

The first one happens to me fairly often. There’s a couple things I do, first I look around the room to see if there is something that looks off, is the configuration wrong, did I “wake up” in my room but I am on vacation, is it a place where I don’t live anymore, etc. Another thing I do is I “call” a friend to ask him to wake me up and then I wake up for real. It doesn’t work 100% of times but more often than not
