it helped me a bit I got off of it bc of side effects but if u have none it can be a real good life saver

Personally, I had a lot of side effects from being on it long term, but it did help me when my anxiety was REALLY bad

I have OCD and am on 30mg Lexapro. It’s great in terms of helping my OCD but had me feeling really down so I now take Wellbutrin too. I’m way more functional than I was before - slowly escaping survival mode. Even have time for hobbies now instead of OCD spirals. 😁

If you don’t have side effects, increasing the dose in small increments does not cause a noticeable adjustment.
