I worked at a state prison recently in a state that has death row, and I learned that with executions, if a person isn’t dying from the ordered way by court itself, they aren’t following the court order. For example, if someone is to die by lethal injection, if someone goes into anaphylactic shock or has complications from the injection, they have to be coded and saved so that they can die by lethal injection that was ordered by the court, not from “anaphylaxis” that was caused. Very sad, imagine almost dying and being brought back to life just to have to die on a different day. This world is messed up.
