I think the perfect cake should be airy and light. Most cakes from Asia are whipped cream based with less sugar and they are delicious. I think North Americans are just used to too much sugar, pound cake like texture with butter cream.

It tastes like that on purpose :) prinsesstårta was made to be light and balanced, not sugary. It was created to go alongside strong coffee bc there’s a Nordic concept called lagom, which basically means like finding balance in everything

Just take it back they don’t care. I took back some vanilla ones. I didn’t even have a receipt and they just gave me cash so just take it back. They’re really nice about it.
