Im a 2x surrogate and I just had baby boy on September 21 so im PP 🥺 I had him early at 25 weeks 5 days and im so sad he’s in nicu ❤️🩹 I can’t wait to see him once he’s more bigger its my IPs first baby ever I pray for him everyday

Perry bottle warm water spray while u pee. Helped sooooo much. I carried it everytime. With my first baby i had a four degree tear was aweful my second minimal and my third was a 2nd degree. The last two babies i did primrose oil capsules. I think thats what helped not tear as much
