Could not agree more!! Almost two years into my new lifestyle and I actually hate when ppl are like oh your having a cheat day? Ummm no I’m not I’m just eating food because that’s what we do and it’s called sustainable lifestyle. When you do everything the right way it’s not cheating it’s just eating. 💯

Definitely creates a negative relationship and possible loss of momentum/desire. If I feel like eating a cheeseburger I eat it (not always of course), as long as I’m not steering off the path multiple times a week I’m good.

Totally agree. Just did that last night for one meal for TNF. Not a cheat it’s something I can do. Went over a bit in calories but big on protein. Mushroom burger in a wrap.
